PROPERTY POLICIES

RESORT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out time is before 11am. Early check-ins or late check outs can be arranged pending bungalow availability. Complimentary luggage storage is available.
 
RESERVATION DEPOSIT A valid credit/debit card will be kept on file for reservation. Guests can pay with cash and save at check-in. Before making your reservation, please note: This is an adult only campground resort.
 
PAYMENT POLICY A government-issued photo ID and the valid credit/debit card that was used in connection with the reservation confirmation are required at check-in. The government issued photo ID must match the name that was used on the reservation confirmation and on the credit/debit card used in connection with the reservation. Pay with cash and save on credit card fees!
 
INCIDENTALS A valid credit/debit card will be required at check-in to cover incidental expenses or property damages. Guests who do not have a valid credit/debit card must leave a $150 cash deposit with the host (no personal checks).
 
WIFI Complimentary Internet Services are available for all guests. Note: Not all computers are compatible with wifi services so please be sure you have the latest operating system, wifi adaptors, adjusted network settings and updated drivers before your arrival to avoid issues.
 
LOST AND FOUND We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please contact the office to repost any lost or found items.
 
PARKING Guests get one (1) complimentary parking space. Please park in the space correlating with the reserved unit number. Any additional cars or visitors must sign in. If your car has any known leaks, please let us know and we can place your vehicle off pavers.

QUIET HOURS The property quiet hours are between 11pm - 7am. This is perfect time for stargazing at night or animal watching at dawn.
 
ENTRANCE GATE Gate will be closed nightly at 10pm and opened at 9am. If you are entering or exiting the property when gate is closed, you will need to manually open and close it yourself. Please remember to clip chain.  Automatic gate coming soon!
 
EXTRA FEES We pride ourselves on not adding additional or hidden fees to your room rate if we can help it. You will never see a host fee or a cleaning fee (some exceptions). In order to keep this policy we would greatly appreciate it if you help by keeping the suite tidy.

PETS Absolutely no pets are allowed on property or inside units with the exception of Registered service animals.

SMOKING Our suites are smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted inside of your unit or on the dock. There is an ashtray located on your porch for your convenience. Please do not leave windows or doors open if you are smoking outside. Guests found to be smoking in rooms will be charged a cleaning fee. Do not throw cigarettes or cigars into lake and on ground.

FIRE PIT A communal fire pit takes place every Saturday evening 8pm – 10pm weather permitting and is managed by property host. All are welcome. Individual fire pits are not permitted. NOTE: Fire pit is currently under renovation

BBQ GRILL Coals must be entirely extinguished before you leave premises or retire into your bungalow. Cooled coal debris must be discarded using dedicated sweeper, dust pan and pail located on porch before you check out. Charcoal is not supplied.

FIRE EXTINGUISHER Each suite is equipped with a fire extinguisher located in the kitchen cabinet under the sink or by the stove. Please make yourself aware of location.

DOCK CHAIRS / PATIO FURNITURE Do not move furniture from dock to sea wall areas or onto porches. Do not move patio furniture from porch onto dock. If additional seating is needed on dock, contact property host.

CLEANING FISH Do not clean fish inside the unit, on picnic tables, or on any outside furniture. Do not clean fish on dock rail. Do not use a knife on dock rail. Use table located in front of parking pad. It is equipped with running water. Do not disposed of fish scraps in trash receptacles.

SWIMMING Swimming is not allowed anywhere on this property. Wading in the water, diving or jumping off the seawall, boats, boat dock or entering water from the boat ramp is not permitted.

CANCELLATION / EARLY DEPARTURE Cancellations up to 48 hours before your reservation check in date/time will recieve a full refund. Any Cancellations within 2 days of your check in date are non-refundable, however you will recieve a credit for a future stay. If your reserved bungalow can be rebooked for your original check in date, we will issue a full refund.  All refunds will not be processed until the next business day after your check in date. There are no refunds for early departures.

OCCUPANCY Units sleep 2 adult guests. Additional overnight guests need to be registered.

RECYCLING Use dedicated recycling receptacle in your suite. Rinse out all cans and jars. Do not recycle pizza boxes, or Styrofoam containers. A large recycle bin is located in front of parking pad. Please take out all recyclables from unit before checking out.

TRASH DISPOSAL Large trash bins are located in front of parking pad. Please take out all trash from unit before checking out.
​
GUEST SERVICES For any housekeeping, concierge, maintenance and repair needs call or text 352-408-0973 between 6am – 10pm daily. After-hours emergencies text 407-284-7743.

CHECK-OUT Put any furniture you may have moved back to its original spot. If you choose to strip the bedding, please do not remove zippered pillow protectors or mattress protectors. Only remove fitted and flat sheets, pillow cases if you wish. We appreciate a sink with no dirty dishes, an empty fridge, and empty trash cans.
