The Bungalows is conviniently located with an abundance of things to do and see. If you did want to venture out into nearby Orlando, theme parks, New Smyrna Beach, or Tampa Bay everything is around an hour away.

BIRD WATCHING

Sit right under the Great Florida Birding Trail and witness some of our birds amazing wing spans, beautiful colors, and cool diving abilities. Prime viewing spots under 5 minutes away.

FISHING

The Harris Chain of Lakes is a scenic fishery with many trees, aquatic vegetation, and plenty of fish! Lake Griffin has been made famous by huge catches in professional bass tournaments.

EXPLORE

The enchanting historic village of Mount Dora is an artists community lined with shopping, dining and beautiful old Florida architecture. For small town vibes check out "America's Hometown" and stroll trough Downtown Eustis.

ADVENTURE

Zip lining, Airboat rides, and Seaplane tours offer a different perspective of our amazing landscape and eco-systems. Take in the aerial and lake views and have fun doing it!

BOATING

Lake Griffin provides a quiet place for boating and fishing. The meandering wet prairie nature of the Chain of Lakes makes it an ideal spot for kayaking and canoeing. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby.

WATERSPORTS

Jet ski, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are all only a 5 minute drive away. If you are feeling more adventurous, tubing in the springs is a notable central Florida experience.
